LOST Auction: 4-Toed Statue Base Drawings

صورة
I picked up a second production drawing from lot #914, this one related to the base of the 4-Toed Statue. The base was was practical set built at Makaha Beach, with the statue CGI'd.

Lost Auction: Vaulted Chamber Set Plan

صورة
Lot #914 in the Lost Auction included a huge assortment of production drawings and artwork from Season 5 of the show. I picked up a set plan for the "vaulted chamber" in which Richard, Jack, Sayid, and Eloise find Jughead. I think the room in which the team emerged from the water is also part of this plan. Although this is for the most part a photocopied plan, there are also a few measurements added in pencil.

We'll Always Have (Gifts From) Paris

Do I mind that my wife and mother-in-law vacationed in Paris without me this year? Not when they bring back goodies like these....

Custom DHARMA jumpsuits

صورة
I purchased a few custom jumpsuits in Dharma colours from a very talented seamstress named Theressa. They'll serve as great alternate outfits for Kate, Miles, Jack, and Juliet. Until the latter three arrive I've used them to dress Ben and Kate. The jumpsuits don't include Dharma logos and lettering so I'll need to try my hand at that one of these days.

Bif Bang Pow! LOST Mousepad

صورة
Bif Bang Pow! has a line of LOST bobbleheads and Mego-like action figures. As part of a promotion with Entertainment Earth they offered a free mousepad with pre-order. I missed out on the promotion, but picked one up later on eBay.

LOST Auction: Kahana C4 block

صورة
Lot 666 of the LOST auction (how's that for Numbers!) was an assortment of props related to the bomb detonated on the Kahana freighter. The purchaser made some of the blocks of C4 available for sale. I purchased one, which came with a copy of the COA. Although the prop is pretty simplistic (block of styrofoam wrapped in paper and covered with clear tape), it is super-awesome because of its prominence in the Season 4 finale, and its substantial impact on the series.

LOST Auction: Hurley's Ajira 316 tickets

صورة
Many of the lots sold during last August's LOST official auction were composed of multiple items. Several of these lots were purchased by groups of fans who then split the winnings. Other multi-items lots were purchased by a single person who subsequently put some of the lot's items up for sale. The person who won lot 849 Hurley's Ajira Airways Flight 316 Tickets seems to have followed the latter path. I picked up one of Hurley's Ajira 316 tickets from eBay. (The full lot seems to have included at least 20 of these tickets, along with a ticket envelope featuring the Ajira logo.) It came with a copy of the LOST Auction COA: As you will recall, in order to protect innocent civilians from the uncertain fate of flight 316, Hurley purchased all of the remaining unsold seats on the flight. He had to argue with an Ajira employee when they tried to allow standby passengers onto the flight to sit in his purchased, but unoccupied, seats. As far as I can tell we don't ac...
